[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom Size,Height & Width 500×500 pixels,Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color
[IMG]http://adobeperson.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/12/photoshop-marine-wheel-logo-icon1-thumb.gif[/IMG] [2]-Now fill the Background with any color & then set the 10 pxl Brush,Open New Layer & create the following shape with the help of ‘Ellipse Tool’ right click select ‘Stroke Path’
